Ordering Process
There is no minimum order for branded gifts but if you are just purchasing a one off gift, we add a custom branded logo tag or we can add your logo to the postcard, along with a personalised message.
For orders or 4 gifts or more, we can print your logo onto the gift box lid. There is no additional fee for this.
Yes, you can purchase a one off gift - our flat rate delivery fee is $13.95 per gift to any metro area in Australia. Any gift deliveries to regional areas will be calculated per location.
Yes, we offer a discount for bulk deliveries to one location. Please get in touch with us at hello@redrhubarb.com.au to discuss this.
Yes, if you let us know which products you would like in your gift, let us know via email or phone and we will send you a quote. We also have a showroom in Brisbane, Queensland, where you can come in and we will go through some gift options together.
We are also able to source just about any products that you would like to add to your gifts.
Yes, all of the pricing on the website and in our custom quotes is inclusive of GST.

Customisation and Branding
Yes, you sure can! Send us your merchandise and we will add it to your gifts when they are sent out. Get in touch with us at hello@redrhubarb.com.au to discuss this further.
In a hurry? We can add your logo to a tag and custom postcard and send it out within 24 hours. With our printed boxes, there is a 7 - 10 day lead time. We are able to do ‘rush’ jobs, but please be aware that this will incur an additional fee.
With our other branded products, there can be a 7 - 10 day lead time with customisation. Please get in touch with us at hello@redrhubarb.com.au to discuss this.
In order to ensure that we are printing the best quality logo onto your gift boxes and branded products, we require a Vector or high resolution EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) version of your logo.
Yes, we will send you a digital proof that you will need to approve before we print your gift boxes.
Yes, we have white or black gift boxes in various sizes and you can select the colour in your cart.
Shipping and Delivery
We use multiple carriers, the carrier that we choose will depend on the volume of gifts and the location that they are going to.
We are also able to send gifts to P.O.Boxes and parcel lockers.
Yes, you can track your order once the gift has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking email once the gift is picked up and this will be sent to the email address provided.
